Can I use these resources for my mod? : IV

I just want to abosutely make sure this is OK.

Some of the resources I'm using are from totally free modder's resources. However, I want to use resources from OOO and WarCry.

The Warcry resources I'm using are some of it's weapons- namely, the battle hammers, bast**d swords, and bearded axes. The meshes/textures from this mod will be included with the mod in the 7Z.

For OOO, since it has so many useful resources, I just want to say "Download OOO Complete and upgrade to 1.34b. No need to activate any plugins; the mod only uses OOO's various meshes/textures/scripts/etc.".

This fine with you guys? PArticuarly L@zarus and the OOO team?

PS: If I do use these resources, I will give credit to the original resources as I will with the other resources I'm using.

I would contact them directly and/or read the documentation that comes with the mods.

"The resources in OOO were provided by the original creators for use in OOO. Some of the Resources are OOO Usage only not to be used anywhere else . The OOO team does not have the right to offer them to others as a resource.

All creators are listed in the OOO readme PDF, along with what they specifically provided.

You can use that information to contact the
1) original creators for permissions to use, or
2) in case where original mod author cannot be contact, use something else or
3) check to see if the resources have been released for general use." -

I do not intend to release my resources for Modders within the next months.
If you want to use parts of my mod, contact me, please. As well as other Modders I do not at all
like to see if someone takes parts of my mod and releases them in her/his own mod without my
permission - especially if this person credits herself/himself for this work

Alright, thanks! :wink_smile: I'll do what's neccessary.

EDIT: I checked what I had used, and it is all available as free modder's resources, so I'm OK as long as I don't add anything exclusive to OOO (Light of Dawn, etc.).
