Can my xbox handle all of this freezing/crashing from your g

All of my other games work perfect, but when i put Fallout: NV in my xbox it will tell me that the disc is unreadable most of the time. When it does read it, its guaranteed to freeze at least within 20min of playtime. Ive tried everything from clearing the cache to turning off autosave, but it continues to freeze all the time. since i bought the game it has crashed at least 50+ times. I really hope all of this does not affect my 360!! My xbox dasboard has crashed on me a few times, i hope its not from this stupid game! I thought it was the disk so i returned it to the store and recieved a new copy, but it still crashes all of the time. Im pretty disgusted with this non working game that was sold to me. I tried to refund my money but ofcourse i opened the game because its suppose to actually work. I think they need to recall this P.O.S. game and let me get my hard earned money back. As of now i will never buy another game dev. or pub. by you two companies ever agian. GIVE ME A DAMN REFUND! REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY @HOLES!!!!!!!!!

This has to be a problem with your disc. I've only seen one other post on here about an unreadable disc, and it was because it had been physically damaged.

Yeah! You said it best! Fallout: New Vegas is damaged!!! They need to forget about trying to fix it and start letting people get the money back..

From what others have posted on the forums I would suggest taking the game back. I know that could be a huge issue since most retailers wont take a game back if it has been opened. If you continue to try and play the game it could in fact ruin your xbox as others here have happened to them. Take it back. Come back in a year when the GOTY edition comes out and the bugs are worked out. Save yourself the hassle of trying to return your xbox and dealing with the non-English speaking customer service reps. As good as this game could be, its not worth ruining your xbox.
