Can you become a werewolf vampire? because vampires can infect you and to avoid spoilers I won't say were you become a werewolf just that you do become a werewolf at some point

Kate Beckinsale said that if someone who is a vampire is bitten by a werewolf, they will die...

I'm going to assume she knew what she was talking about.

I think Vampirism counts as a disease. So, if you become a werewolf first, then I assume no, because you have 100% disease resistance as a werewolf. Not sure if you can be a vampire then become a werewolf, though.

If it's anything like Morrowind, you can but your neck will be snapped and your head forever doomed to being backwards.

Doesn't vampirism also have 100% resistance to disease?

So then, logically, the answer is : no.

Or is lycanthropy not a disease in this one?

Pretty sure lycanthropy cures vampirism.

When you get vampirism you get 100% resist disease. The same with werewolf so.. no. Both are considered diseases so you can't have both

Hm. I wonder

Spoiler
what happens if you bring your vampire toon to the companions's blood ritual, or if you can at all. I'd be really disappointed in the devs if it just overwrote your vampirism or something contrived like that, because it's a really cool opportunity for a unique event.

My game guide specifically says that your immunity protects you from "Sanguinare Vampiris". I'm just wondering why in Cyrodil it's called "Porphyric Hemophilia and in Skyrim it's "Sanguinare Vampiris".

Far away lands, without any central scholarly source, and hundreds (thousands?) of years. The scholars of Skyrim must not cross-talk with the scholars of Cyrodill and Morrowind and soforth.
