After leaving the vault, can we still make alterations to our characters? I'm a few hours in, and there's a few facial features I'd like to alter. If we can't, I'd like to go back before I proceed any further. Also, since I'm not very far in, and would like to avoid details about any events that may await, a simple yes or no would be great.
