Can you Change your appearence once you started?

I hate my hair since I started my game 2 days ago, is there any way to change it now or am i stuck with it???

If you are on PS3 or XBox, 'fraid not.

The command you are looking for is 'ShowRaceMenu' and if you use it, make sure to read the cautions as it is a bit tricky.

i guess i better find myself a good hood or helmet hehe... Any suggestions?? I love the hoods in Skyrim do they have any thing like that without using a robe w hoody ma be something like the Nightingale or DB outfits from Skyrim do they have anything like them??

You can buy or loot a "mage's hood," which is 0 weight and can be enchanted. There are several other hoods in the game, and all of them are separate from the matching robes. One of the shops in the Imperial City has a mage's hood for sale, or you can get one by killing a "boss" Conjurer.
