Can you Clear Ustengrav

I have been through it a number of times and it just wont clear, anyone else have this issue?

There are several places like that for me in the game, probably another bug or something like that.

Most likely a bug - out of 14 toons who have been there, on 5 it refuses to show "Cleared" on the map. The others have it as "Cleared" just fine.
