I've started Dead Money for the first time, and its pretty cool but am wondering how can I heal myself? I have no stimpacks, no radaway and can't sleep in any of the beds. I hoped the robo-healing pod things in the medical clinic would do it, but they don't heal damage only limbs so they're no good either. Of course, after what they did to that one woman, I'm kind of scared to use them anyways.

Did you find the Stimpack code for the dispensers? There's even a Super Stimpack code.

I thought that there were beds you could sleep in. Stimpaks can be purchased from the vendors, provided you've found the code for it and you have chips to buy them with. You may be able to find food to eat.
