I was thinking of adopting Runa and Samuel and marrying Camilla Valerius.
I would also like Jordis to be my housecarl and Calder as a steward.
As a pet I would like that dog from castle dawnguard.
Also a bard.

Can I do this in a city house or does it have to be a wilderness house?

Sure you can, I have 4 of us currently living in Proudspire. Actually you can live in any purchased city house with a family of 4.
