Hi

i was wondering if you guys can direct me to a mod or mods that fit these effects

1:More populated areas for a more lively world. Ex: the strip and other settlements are no longer ghost towns.

2:lifelike weapons and random npcs are equipped with them, merchants sell them.

3:Drastically better looking clothes and armors for npcs to replace old ones. Also every town or settlements guards have a distinct look or weapon choice ( like gangs or whatever). I want more variety in enemy and friendly npcs.

4: Better graphics

5:No more npcs without names. ex: "NCR citizen".

6: Text dialogue for meaningless npcs.

7: Npcs cannot see through walls. Ex: i can kill someone stealthy without a whole town knowing.

Really I just want a more alive world.
