Can you increase population of deers bears and wolves lions?

I would like to increase their population for my ranger character.

Could anyone tell me how to go about increasing their population or spawn rate.

Are you using any overhauls? Martigan's Monster Mod has an optional plugin to add more wilderness life, which also works with FCOM.

Just a warning: increasing creature/NPC spawns can drag down performance. So have a care.

i use ooo.. could never get full combvination to work.


through construction kit is there a way to alter speciifc creature generation as a value?

i always fail my game and have to reinstall... NOT THIS TIME I SAY.. haha --- can i install MMM with OOO without complications?

Use OOO version 1.34 as 1.35 beta is not currently compatible with Mart's.

You'll just need to install the MMM version that is for OOO. Use the link provided by Shikisma for details. Also, take note that MMM will increase spawn rates of everything else, but luckily, there's nice options to keep it at vanilla rates if you don't like it.

Otherwise, you'll have to add spawn points throughout the worldspace with the CS yourself.

If you want to use OOO and also want to affect spawn rates and leveled lists, you are going to have to use Wrye Bash, even if you make your own plugin with the CS.

I have a build right now with OOO + MMM, not the full FCOM treatment, and it works great. Looks like this:

As you can see, there are quite a few MMM plugins to choose from. Your own list will undoubtedly look different than mine. Still much simpler to install than FCOM, but no way around Wrye Bash.
