I would like to play as a Nord stormcloak for some "Skyrim belongs to the Nords!" action but I can't see how a Nord that hates elves and wants other races out of skyrim would possibly ride or walk around the place and run errands(quest)..... for various Elves and cats.

Doesn't seem like he would be all "MUST SAVE OUR WAY OF LIFE!!" all the while spelunking caves.. for some stolen cabbage for a "DAMNED ELF!!" so he can get 200g

Know what I mean?

Unless you want to severely limit who you quest for and only do quests for other Nords...
