I have yet to try this and don't know if i should. Matter of fact im not even aware if they can be killed but if you do kill them do they drop any of the items that they sell or maybe anything you have sold them?

Yes, you can kill them. A lot of the items they sell are already sitting out in their shop, so in that sense they 'drop'. Not certain about stuff you've sold them, though.
