can you level up past 30 ?

getting a little bit annoyed that i cant level up past 30 as i need to put my lockpick skill up to pass a quest

Not in the base game, no, but each of the four story-driven DLC's raises the cap by five.

If you're on PC you can press the tilde key and enter the command setgs imaxcharacterlevel xx (where xx is the level cap you want e.g. 35.)

Otherwise, you better hunt down one of the six copies of Tumblers Today.

You can go up to level 50 if you have the 4 main DLCs.

thnx for locations but i find iit better to look for them but if and when i givve ill look at them

Coffee Cups can be given to Muggy in OWBs and I'm sure there was a receipe for the cups, the coloured plates are used by Muggy also to turn into pistol powder.

You'll need GRA to do that, since they're not in the base game.

(If you were on the PC you could get a mod.)
