Can you ONLY summon Atronachs?

Post » Sat Oct 08, 2011 11:46 pm

The conjuration perk tree was listed as follows:

Conjuration
- Novice for 50% magicka etc (up to Master)
- Dual casting overcharges –> greater spell effect
- Bound weapons do more damage
- Bound weapons cast Soul Trap on target
- Bound weapons banish certain creatures
- Reanimate undead with 100 more health
- Summon 2 Atronachs or reanimated zombies
- Summon Atronachs at twice the distance
- Summoned Atronachs twice as strong

Is this incomplete? Or can we really only summon Atronarchs?

I'm guessing those will be familiars. We already know of a ghost wolf summon from a stave, and I'd be suprised if we couldn't find a spell that was simmilar to the enchantment.

Atronachs will probably be the most common summon, with deadra being a more advanced/powerful summon, and undead be a specialist summon requiring a body.

I'm more concerned that the lack of spell making is going to screw conjuration on the whole.

The way I see it, without spell making and the ability to make spells that conjure whole armor sets at once, no one in there right mind will want to use conjuration to summon one armor piece at a time.

There are 15 perks in every skill on average. So that least is only about 60% complete.
