have just managed to score doc anderson and smiling larry for my settlement, but unlike other level 4 merchants i have (anne hargraves and vault tec guy) there is no "trade" option for them

doesnt matter what time of day/night it is they are always in "shop" mode, i guess because unlike the other level 4s and normal settlers these are actual scripted merchants

anyone been able to change their clothes? give them armour/weapons?
