Just started playing Fallout 3 on PS3. I have not played any other Fallout game. If a friend has the PS3 connected to the 'net and has the game can you play together as a team or as opponents if you wish?

Also, I assume "DLC" means downloadable content which are basically game expansions you purchase then download to the PS3.

I have seen references to a game editor. Is that available for PS3 or just PC's?
