Excuse me but I'm really interested in the nature of these conflicts now.
There's not much Scripted Argonian Feet can conflict with, and everything else I'm always eager to fix.
The first thing coming into mind would be my altering the Argonian racial ability Poison Immunity, so it also runs a spell script adding my tokens to all Argonians' inventories (or all races using this ability).
This was already a source for conflict with Race Balancing Project though, which I'm using myself, so it was a high priority to fix this and was done a long time ago already.
Now additional to races affected by this ability the original race Argonian (determined by its ID) gets also affected regardless. Using SAF together with RBP (or any other race overhaul) is no trouble anymore when my changes to the ability get lost.
Due to the simplicity of SAF I can't really think of how a bashed patch could help solving conflicts though. The conflict mentioned above maybe, but it's not a conflict anymore anyways.
There's nothing in SAF which could be imported into a bashed patch (no more changes to Vanilla stuff).
