I have Windows 7 64 Bit Pro and I was wondering if Fallout 3 will run on this OS.

win 7 64 home premium & Fallout3 runs fine for me

Yes, it will run fine.

Depending on the actual specs of your computer that is.

I had the Regular Edition for the 360 but never got any DLC but I can smell a Game of the year edtion coming my way really really fast.

I run the game fine on Windows 7 Home Premium x64 Service Pack 1 Beta fine.

It will work, but you may or may not have to turn off HDR & Bloom. Also, do not install the game into the Program Files (x86) folder if you have UAC turned on because it interferes with the game's ability to access the hard drive properly.
