Can you see how the world lookd before the war using noclip?

Everybody who played the beginning of the game knows, that you can run in the before-war world, but you can't exceed some borders, because otherwise, you'll get nuked.

But (because I got the game on the console) I can't use the command console, so I'm heading with my request to you, PC gamers. From my experience from Fallout 3 PC version, there are 2 ways you can check it - tcl and tfc. Did someone try it? Can he post here a video or some screenshots of how the world looked before war? All I'm asking for is to type down "tcl" or "tfc" in the console and then fly high up and then look around to see if the world was modeled.

i've tried and there's nothing really, just very badly pixelated textures and some low-res towers in the boston area

It's a separate cell. You can go back with the coc command but it's not like Beth recreated the entire Commonwealth for pre-war.

here, this is literally all it is. takes like 30 minutes to sprint to the city, so I didn't, but it's just a bunch of dead textures you fall through if you turn clipping on. city is only skyscraqers.

edit: and the only explorable house is the PC's. not really much in Sanctuary besides pretty grass and trees.
