In the "coc toddtest" cell, all weapons/armour from MW and BM are stored in chests, is there a similar 'cheat' cell containing all Tribunal gear?

Is it possible, or is there a mod to include all books from Tamriel Rebuilt into levelled lists?

The command "RA" resets NPC's, is there a similar command to reset creatures?

Is it safe to merge the 4 QOTW esp's?

'ra' works for both creatures and NPC, but not on levelled creatures. Since most of the creatures are placed via levelled list, 'RA' doesn't work on them.
