Is there a way to create a ring that transforms you into another race with the Werewolf animation?

Like, I'm a Nord, I put this ring, Werewolf trasform animation plays and I turn into an Elf.
It won't turn into and Elf, I want to create a new race, so if it's not possible instead of creating a race I can create a new form like the Werewolf, but it has to put the camera in first person... Is that possible?
