You can't have one character with every ability, no.

Level cap is 20, one ability per level (starting from 0, so you get 20 abilities).

But there are 58 abilities in-game.

And it's designed for all systems, not just one - the dev team have focused on making the game as good on every platform.

EDIT: You get 10 characters though, so you should be able to cover everything easily enough

You can unlock all the clothes guns and attatchments but when it comes to abilities no. As stated above, you can have any 20 abilities but there are 58 total. And some of those abilities (the class specific/aggressive ones) you can buy all you want but you can only use 3 per class at a time. EX: you have 5 medic abilities, you have to choose 3 to use. The passive ones are always in effect (dont require pips like the others) and you can use all the ones you bought at a time. There are 17 universal/passive abilities.

I'm pretty sure there are passive class-specific abilities as well, though. So if you have 8 Medic abilities, but 5 are passive Medic abilities, you'll still be fine.

Get which ever one you like best.

Personally, I'd go for the 360, but only because of the PSN fiasco, which may or may not be resolved by the time BRINK releases.

10 characters would mean one of each class on each side with 2 left over do you really need to delete?

You can only change class as Command Posts.

And they changed it so you can choose class before spawning.
