I am planning to buy dead money tomorrow on ps3. What version do I need to buy? French or English? I speak english so I would think I need that one but the english preorder dlc did not work for me. I had to download the french version to get it to work. So if you live in canada and have bought the dlc on psn please tell me if the english version worked for you.

You can only choose the Canadian one now which is bilingual (previously labelled French). They took down the US version (previously labelled English), so if you have that one you're screwed until they put it back up. Check your BLUS code on the spine of your game case and make sure it matches before you purchase it. Hopefully this is all rectified soon because lots of people have the other version up here as well. I have the US one and I know lots of others do too. This whole thing is more complicated than it should be.

Yup. My friend ended up with the "English" version, but it was the US one and completely useless to him. He called Sony and got it sorted out. He was able to download the "French" version right away and all is good now.

He told them it was pretty dumb the way it was set up. They said they had many complaints and would be fixing it.
