Candlelight spell

First off, kudos to the design team for the magic light effect, as Oblivion's green illumination was terrible. But to have to keep switching out my two-handed sword for my candlelight spell hand and back again, makes for such choppy gameplay. I would love to be able to cast the candlelight spell, and then just focus on enjoying the location - knowing that casting it again will dispell it. This simple fix, for me anyway, would go a long way.

There should be a use for it. Hellgate London got this one right with some areas pitch black without lighting of some sort. Made it really creepy.

It could be though that they wanted to keep torches viable for people to still use those, rather than cheeze out with candlelight spam. I know they encourage hybrid-classes, but it is still silly to see a nord warrior casting those kinds of spells.

Dual-casted lasts a long time.

I suggested a "Luna Moth" Master Alteration spell, which would summon a brilliant luna moth to stay by your side until you interact with it and tell it to go away.

That sounds like a gret spell :)
Its such a pain to keep summoning my tiny ball of light that doesnt illuminate very much every minute.
Youd think that there would be higher versions of spells, but no.
This is why we need spellmaking and why its removal is nothing but bad.

I just give my follower torches. Even my Khajiit henchman is nice enough to hold a torch for me, even though he can see in the dark.

Unfortunately the torch effect is pretty ugly (it was actually better in Oblivion).

And thanks Hoki - I'll check out the dual cast.
