At the point in crysis 3 when it tells me to destroy area denial system and allow psycho to land but each time I get to the point where I have to destroy it I can't pick up the Rex charge it tells me in red on the screen that I 'cannot carry' I think it says this cause I'm holding to many weapons but I don't know what to do can someone please help me I've wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out time that could have been better spent playing the game and making more progress.

You can′t carry REX charges and JAWs at the same time.

Also any explosive should work to blow it up.
