So I goes to change my avitar picture... but I cant. The upload option isnt there. Did I miss a maintenance announcement or something?

If it was stickied, then we could at least slap em in the back of the head and say "It's right there!". Instead, it's like, "That's ok, the original thread is four pages deep, so it's not your fault."

Agreed. Does IPB not have a "The Administrators want you to read this before continuing" feature like vBulletin does?

They can at least put notices at the top of the forum index. Dunno why they don't in this case.

Same reason why we have to tell our customers to tilt their heads up and/or down. Most people look at eye level most of the time
