First off, I forgot what Skjor tells me to do. I have no idea anymore. When I talk to him, he does not remind me and just tells me to go do it. It's not in the journal either.

I've done "Proving Honor" and a radiant quest "Hired Muscle" so I'm thinking it's "The Silver Hand" The thing is, he is not outside waiting by the Underforge, he's inside
Jorvasskr standing by the stairs.

I'm stumped and can't go on further.

At night, is he by the Underforge?

Check your quest log.

No, he's not. And their is nothing in the quest log to indicate that he has a job for me. When I ask him, he says he already gave me a job and to go do it, but he does not tell me what it is. When I ask another companion for a job, they say "didn't Skjor already give you a job? Do it first."

Well, whatta ya know, Bethesda tech support actually replied when I emailed them about this.

Here is what they said:

"In terms of the Companions issue, there is an issue which is affecting some players who accept a quest from Skjor, then don't immediately complete it, where Skjor will proceed to Underforge, then will return to Whiterun after a certain amount of time. The only workaround at this time is to revert to a previous save from before accepting the quest, accept it, then head directly there."

So, I guess it's another bug with no fix... Can't finish the quest then unless I go back 50 hours or so... Bummer!
