Ok so I am able to start up fallout 4, but when I get to the main menu I cannot select any option. It is like the game doesnt recognise the buttons. I cannot hit enter to get to the save files, I cannot use the arrow keys to select something else. I am able to hit ` to start up the console. Is there any way of fixing this, or do I have to completely reinstall the game?

Is your controller plugged in?

Did you try deleting your INI files to generate new ones?
