after the name calling, i was ask to choose who i am. i can choose the races but i cannot choose the features and it will not even let me confirm.

Have you remapped any keys lately ???

To reset your keys, go to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\

Delete ControlMap_Custom.txt.

Also:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\Interface \Controls\PC\

Delete controlmap.txt.
