So I have the Game of the year edition of Oblivion, and everytime i try to enter the game (no mods installed)
it crashes right back to desktop with the window "oblivion.exe has stopped working"

My system spec is

Win 7 64x bit
Inter Core i7 CPU Q720
a 8gig Ram
and ATI HD5870 Crossfire

It's an Alienware laptop.

Can someone please assist me in this problem?

When do you get the crash? As soon as you hit "Play"? Or do you even get that far?

If you have played the game before on this PC, you can delete or rename a file called Oblivion in C:\Users\"Your Name"\Documents\My Games\Oblivion. I rename mine to Backup to keep it as reference for ini tweaks.
If this is one of the newer Alienware Laptops that do not have a disc drive, Use Steam's tool to check the integrity of your Oblivion install.
