My retailer sent me my second code today, which, while unspecified, has to be my Imperial code (my Explorer's pack code was received 6 weeks ago and has been active on my account since then).

It was invalid and they informed me (as did the login) that retail codes can't be redeemed before launch. Anyone else getting this?

I am just wondering if launch means early access or launch means April 4th. Have a ticket in to CS but haven't heard back from them yet and wondering if anyone else has asked them about this and got an answer.
