Can't open the damn Vault to get out. After plugging pip boy and pressing button the alarm just blares forever and the door never opens. AND it disables my ability to use VATS, so even if I noclip out of the vault I can no longer use VATS and who knows what else is broken. I've deleted saves and started new games. Now I'm doing a fresh install.

Has anyone encountered this? I'm seeing zero threads about it, which scares the crap out of me.

I'd love to delete this and fix the title but I can't seem to FIND THE DAMNED DELETE FUNCTION
