I cannot fast travel out of the Institute despite following all instructions from the quest, and the quest properly updating when I use the holo tape. Can we get some word on this from Bethesda please?

Can we get word from Bethesda on anything? You'd think a developer with a long history of game breaking bugs would have dedicated staff for their support forums.

I've been checking up on this forum for the last 2 days and I've seen maybe one response and it was shifting the blame for something onto Sony. They clearly don't give a [censored].

Either way, this issue has been identified on reddit as well- numerous people posting. Im not allowed to post links here because reasons, but if you google it you'll see. Please to fix.
