This is my 3rd time through the game. Now anytime I try to enter the Mormon Fort it starts the transition screen and then the game crashes. I have not had a problem like this before.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing. I really do not want to start a new game and then get to this point and the same thing happens. It's like having a game that just wants to frustrate the person who bought it.

Well now I cannot get into Crismson Caravan either. I have downloade latest Win 7 update and ATI update.

Re-enabling ArchiveInvalidation (easy with FOMM) solved the issue for me. It doesn't have to be permanent, you can disable it again afterwards. I think it's due to some corruption in animations or stuff.
