My intention was to help Joe Cobb in Goodspring. My mistake was that i talked to Ringo before that and forcefully accepted to help him (cannot say no after accept to help). Now Joe Gobb don't want my help, cause he doesn't trust me. Is there any console command to fix this, so that i never agreed to help Ringo?

I did a various quests before attempt to finish this, so no way im gonna start a new game.

There might be, but in the long run it doesn't really matter. Save Ringo, then take some Powder Ganger armor as a disguise, go to the prison, and do their quests to get back in their good graces.
