Cannot install one or more items

Hello all, figured I would ask this question here...I have looked through the majority of the threads but have not found an answer to this. I purchased the Skyrim Legenday Editon a few days ago and have been unable to install Dawnguard and Dragonborn. I put the second disc in first, did the update, clicked install and other than Hearthfire which installed perfectly, I receive error messages saying that One or more items cannot be installed. There is 80gig left on the harddrive so space is not an issue.

I have deleted the game files, cleared the cache 3X, rebooted, tried to install the expansions again, received the same error messages, rinse repeat...have found no joy. It will not even go onto a flash drive...i have searched the web and have not found an answer to this persistant problem...am I the only one that has had this issue? I have not had this problem with any other game.

Xbox 360 slim, 80 gig of remaining space,

Any help would be appreciated.

Remove everything. Install base product first. Don't upgrade. Install each module one at a time but don't upgrade till everything is installed. Reboot the device before upgrading.

Put disc 1 in first, and install any patches/updates that it prompts you.
Then put in disc 2, and install the DLCs.
