Neither of the keys emailed to me by Origin work when trying to install from the CD. BTW, why was the pre-purchased CD version $10 more than the digital download which I would have preferred?

Every game I've purchased through Origin in the past two years has caused some issue along the way. You guys really need to get your act together if you ever hope to compete against Valve's Steam. Seriously. Get on top of your **** and address these problems before it's too late.
