I am having difficulty with leveling. I recently got to level 35, and it will not let me level up, and I cannot gain anymore XP. I also just got my Destruction to 100, and cured my lycanthropy. I don't know what is causing it, but I keep going back to previous saves, and trying again, but every time I get to level 35, it will not let me go anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PC or console? Have you been using other skills?
