When I open the map the pointer appears outside of the map along the edges of the pip-boy (in-game). I cannot fast-travel because of this.

I have attempted reloading/restarting/new saves/new games; all break in this way.

have you advanced the questline? i wasn't able to fast travel till santuary was started.

I have made it way past sanctuary. The cursor wont move from the top of the map screen and it wont let me fast travel

I also advanced in questline; could not fast travel.
