Hello all,

I am currently having an issue playing the Xbox360 version of fallout 3.

I have been through the game with a non GOTY version not updated and could not progress past The American Dream. The room just past the two sentry bots has an open floor with a red trinagle floating in the centre, when you step through you end up back in the room with the sentry bots. This will continue to happen everytime you through to the next room or if you load the game again?

You therefore can not complete the game.

I have since tried updating with latest patch and trying again, however got the same issue...

I now have purchased the GOTY version of the game have the latest patch installed but have again gotten to the same room in The American Dream and cannot progress...

As you can imagine this is very frustrating to have purchased two copies of the game and made three attempts to complete the game and have not done so, a fair bit of wasted time...

Is there anyway I can can get around this issue?

Is there anything else I can try?

I have searched the net and these forums and find it strange that this problem has not been seen before?

I look forward to any help I can get.
