I cannot purchase the Crysis 2 Decimation Map pack on my pc from within the game. The second map pack with 5 maps. I start the Crysis2 game. I go to multiplayer game. I login. I click DLC. It shows me the two DLC packs available to purchase from gamesas. I add the DLC pack to my basket. When I click the button to go checkout and pay for it, but it says that I have no credit card attached to gamesas account. So I go and add a credit card and save my profile on the mycysis website. I then load the game back up and try to purchase the dlc again. I get the same message that I have no credit card associated with gamesas account even though I do.

I've tried purchasing it while logged in the gamesas website, tried it logged out, made no difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I use firefox for my browser if that makes a difference.

I've wasted several hours trying to purchase the dlc for crysis 2. Still game won't see that I have a credit card setup.

You are not alone there are a lot of players with the same problem
They need to fix this now, as I am a server owner to, it's realy bad that this not work. I have tryed to contact crytec about this problem
but no answer for the moment, have allso contacted EA but they cant do anything about this.

It says Failed to finalize order to me.
My card does show up correctly but when purchase it says failed to finalize order.

It's discouraging that so many people are having purchasing issues. A lot of people simply give up when there are so many problems trying to purchase a DLC. Immagine how many more people would be playing the DLC if there were no purchasing problems. It's no wonder people are complaining the there are so few people playing the DLC maps.

Crytech and EA are not being very smart fixing the purchasing issues asap. They are losing prophets for the game by ignoring the problem. I purchase digital games and DLC from other companies all the time and this is the first time that I have had issues.

And from reading the forums it looks like some users have been able to jury rig things in order for the current system to accept their purchases. It is a sad day when the retailer makes the purchaser jump through a bump of hoops in order to get the purchase.

I wish there was an external download that I could pay for it outside of the game and then manually download and install the DLC for this game since the game won't accept my credit card from within the game. This is so frustrating that I cannot purchase the DLC for this game.

I'm using the Steam version. I hope that is not the reason for this issue.

Just an advice, don't buy these scandalous DLC, it's the only way to make them understand...

The sollution is quite simple. i posted a sollution here. it seems like old accounts before crysis 2 are not properly synced with the crysis 2 game and needs to be linked manually:

You go to gamesas and press edit profile, press account settings. now scroll down you will see an option to put in your crysis 2 password and let it sync with gamesas.
