Cannot remember the name of a VERY useful program...

I've been working on a landmass, and I've almost finished with it. Last time I took on a project, I had a tool that allowed me to load up my ESM, then outline or color in cells as to what type of region I would like it to be. When done, I click a button and come back a while later to find the landmass 'auto-cluttered' according to each of the colors/climates/zones... I cannot for the life of me, remember how I accomplished this or what program I used...

I think the thing you're referring to is the Region Editor in the CS. You'll find it under World > Regions. :)
