Hey everyone.

So, I got these items (valuable items that I cant get again mind you) that say "cannot repair past 64%". Does this mean I cant ever repair them?
What do I have to do to get them repaired?

you either have to pay a vendor or get your repair skill up

Are you playing Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas? No matter what your repair skill is you can repair to 100% in New Vegas, it just takes more items. i.e. With a repair skill of 10 you can get a 5% increasing repairing using an item, and it may be +40% with a repair skill of 75. (Hypothetical numbers to get the point across.)

Edit: You can also pay someone to repair them as previously mentioned.

If you are paying a vendor to repair unique items then I hope you have a lot of caps. Otherwise, raise your repair to 90.

There is a repair vendor in the game that will not repair past that point. I can't remember who that is. Other repair vendors will go to 100. Easiest to reach is the guy at the desk right as you walk into the barracks at the NCR outpost south of Primm.
