I have NO IDEA why this is happening, but I cant save anymore.

It doesnt matter whether its a normal save, quicksave or autosave. I get an immediate CTD.

Deleted the Oblivion.ini, didnt change anything.

Any idea how i can track the CTD?

you installed unnecessary violence II .

Disable it until the author fixes it.

wow.... how did you know? I'm impressed. I'll try that right away.


Edit: hm, removed UVII, now I cant even load, getting a C++ debug/error message:

"Files: oblivion.exe
Files: NifSE.dll

Run-time check failure #3 - the variable "nifID" is being used without being initialized."


I think i installed that specifically vor UVII, should I simply delete it?

I generally get that after ~400hrs., so far I've abanonded at least 3 differant games...
