Games installs fine, but wont let me setup a profile. If I start the game it crashes to desktop with;

CryEngine Error
[PlayerProfile] CGameContext::StartGame: No users logged in

This is also the same result for Crysis 2!!
No other games has this problem....
I have installed it to a default directory. Also I cannot find the saved game directory in
My Documents/my games/...
