Hi guys,

Has anyone experienced these problems?
1. Bought game Pre-owned (Vanilla version with no expansion packs)
2. Updated my PS3 to current version (Sept 20, update: version 3.72)
3. Downloaded FNV patch 1.07 to patch my game.
4. Goto Start > New > Opening FMV intro plays fine (skippable etc.) >>> You wake up and your vision gradually deblurs but then nothing happens.
Basically all I can see is the loaded room where you start and a bald guy out of full view in the bottom left of the screen. Nothing happens, pushing buttons does nothing (except for START and the PS button).
5. If I push start and head back to the main menu the game freezes loading the menu and I have to restart the PS3 (Cannot do via controller it freezes).
6. I deleted FNV's data from my PS3 and reinstalled the patch again and it does the same thing only this time when I press START, instead of the usual amber tint, it's a hot pink for some reason (I think it's a texture glitch). But yeah, I still start a new game and nothing happens, just a bald guy's head moving slightly in the corner (I've waited 5mins and nothing happens)

Are there any similar stories or solutions? I thought initially the patch got corrupted as it froze during the install. But I've deleted, re-downloaded and re-installed 1.07 and the same issue occurs.

Should I just wait for another patch or what? This svcks...
