im having a real spoiler issue i was hoping some one here could help me with:

- the town size is roughly at 15-20% of the limit and i have enough electricity and resources for all ive been trying to build

- but when i want to place an industrial lamp, mirror ball, counter, dog house and many other thing - it wont let me, the item doesnt even appear to be able to place it

- other things like the ceiling fan or a toilet work without struggle

- and i can also remove an existing industrial lamp and place it again, but only the one i removed

since i struggled finding other guys with similar issues i even went through making a separate save game

and using setav to set these values: 348, 349, 34A and 34B

which seems to change the size bar, but the only thing i could confirm:

- setting 348 and 34A to 0 still doesnt allow me to build the things mentioned above

- increasing 349 and 34B also wont let me build

- also when 348=349 and 34A=34B, it tells me "nothing more can be built" (just as a test)

so im almost certain the build limits arent the restricting factor

what else could be the problem? thank you guys!

I cant tell you what the problem is, but since other things work, it mostly sounds like the placement criteria just isn't valid for some reason.

I'd test this on other settlements see if it works..

If it works on other settlements, then for what ever reason the placement criterias for that spesific item is not possible to meet. (in the mentioned location)

i get the same behavior in other settlements

and ive tried placing on existing as well as built structures, neither seem to work with the mentioned items

any other ideas? =/
