Cant Change Outfit for an NPC why?

Hi I am trying to change the Outfit of Ysgramor in Sovngarde but everytime I switch hism to my new outfit when I click ok he doesn't change and keeps always the vanilla one , why ? Any reason for that?

If you mean in the game, it only changes when the actor is reloaded. If you mean in the preview window in the CK i don't know.

In the preview it loads but when I close the edit window for the npc it doesnt changes and when I reopen it still has the old outfit .
