i cant complete this stupid quest. coloniel moore says go find BoS and take care of them. i try to talk to them but no dialogue. i looked and it seems i didnt complete "still in the dark" but i did that quest and its technically completed except for talking to mcnamara. i talked to him but no dialogue ( by the way he is no longer the elder) i talked to hardin and notihng happens. im not sure what to do. please help.

Hardin can't by asked to form a treaty with the NCR.
You have to kill them I'm afraid, no diplomacy is open once Hardin takes over.
