ok i dont usually do this, but i have looked all around the area where it says the "luck bobblehead" is (which is in cemetary north) and i cant find the place. Its all blocked off by debris and i just cant find a area to get to the map marker where it has the bobblehead. Do i need to go through a tunnel or something? Any help would be appreciated.
